Job summary

Hikko is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions for US-based clients. You will lead discovery sessions, define requirements and user stories, and collaborate across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.

Strong experience with Flows and client-facing communication is required, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality consulting projects in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Consultant.
• Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Flows.
• Strong client-facing skills and ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience designing and delivering Salesforce solutions in consulting environments.
• Industry experience in nonprofit, retail, or growth-focused professional services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Work closely with clients to define requirements, user stories, and solution designs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Support pre-sales activities, including RFP analysis, solution presentations, demos, and proposals.
• Manage assigned projects end-to-end, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Perform Salesforce administration and configuration tasks when needed.
