Job summary

Caelius Consulting It Services is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst (Mid-Level) with 4–7 years of BA experience in Salesforce implementations. You will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and Salesforce delivery teams.

Responsibilities include leading requirement sessions, translating processes into functional requirements, maintaining BRDs/FRDs, and supporting Agile ceremonies and UAT. Salesforce BA/Admin cert is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of BA experience with Salesforce implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce data model, standard objects, automation, and security.
• Experience in Agile or Scrum environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and documentation tools.

Salesforce Business Analyst (Mid-Level) 4-7 Years

Role Overview

The Salesforce Business Analyst manages all requirements for assigned modules or projects. They serve as the main link between business stakeholders and Salesforce delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirement discovery and analysis sessions with business stakeholders
• Examine business processes and convert them into Salesforce functional requirements
• Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Ensure alignment between documented requirements and Salesforce solution design
• Assist with sprint planning, backlog refinement, and clarifying scope.
• Examine integration needs, data mappings, and functional changes.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) from a functional view and help with business sign-off.
• Spot functional risks, dependencies, and opportunities for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
