Job Summary

Business Analyst II

Key Responsibilities

• Working with business partners to translate business requirements into Salesforce actionable outcomes.
• Design and implementation of Salesforce.
• Support day-to-day enhancements.
• Working with existing Salesforce team (7-10 people).
• Define functional solutions and create technical solutions to business problems utilizing the Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience Cloud.
• Meet with business stakeholders and partners to gather requirements and analyze data to develop solutions.
• Confer with personnel concerned to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented functionality.
• Test and document new functionality for business stakeholders.
• Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems procedures, functions or organizational changes.

3-5 years experience

Certifications

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Charlotte Based. Mostly in office-some opportunity to WFH after training.
