RELX is seeking a Business Analyst in Boca Raton to partner with business units, gather requirements, and map current and future processes. You will support Salesforce-related projects, drive workshops, and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM including requirements gathering, analysis, testing, and engagement with stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban or similar).
• Proven ability to document business and functional requirements and facilitate workshops.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, interviews, and elicitation sessions.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and business documentation.
• Document current and future state processes (as-is / to-be).
• Identify process improvements, gaps, and new opportunities.
• Support Salesforce-related projects, enhancements, testing, and user acceptance activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
