Job summary

San Diego Workforce Partnership in San Diego, CA is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to lead administration, configuration, and optimization of the Salesforce platform, supporting operations, program delivery, reporting, and data-informed decisions.

The role partners with stakeholders to gather requirements, build declarative solutions, manage data integrity, and ensure security, with emphasis on user adoption and Experience Cloud site administration.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, business administration, or related field.
Minimum three (3) years of progressively responsible experience administering, configuring, and supporting Salesforce.
Experience designing and maintaining Salesforce automation using Flow Builder.
Experience using Salesforce Data Loader and Microsoft Excel for bulk data changes.
Experience troubleshooting Salesforce issues using debug logs and diagnostic tools.
Experience configuring Salesforce reports, dashboards, pages, permissions, and security settings.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate them into Salesforce configurations.
Design, configure, test, deploy, and maintain Salesforce functionality (objects, fields, layouts, reports, dashboards).
Develop declarative automation using Flow Builder and native tools to streamline workflows.
Monitor features/releases and suggest improvements for usability and performance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues and implement enhancements.
Administer Salesforce user accounts, permissions, and Experience Cloud sites.
Coordinate testing, deployment, and post-implementation validation.
