Bay Area Community Resources, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our Data & IT team in a hybrid role across California, Washington, Nevada, Arizona or Texas. You will customize Salesforce, manage users, and build automations to support nonprofit programs and service delivery.

Strong knowledge of Salesforce products and certification are required; migration/training experience is a plus. The role offers competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and professional development

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of work experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
• Salesforce certified administrator.
• Preferred: Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Nonprofit Cloud expertise, particularly with additional certifications.

Responsibilities

• Customize and configure Salesforce to meet the organization's specific needs.
• Manage user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.
• Create and maintain custom objects, fields, workflows, and validation rules.
• Develop and implement automation using Flow.
• Maintain data integrity and cleanliness by monitoring and resolving data quality issues, including de-duplication of records.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and configure the applications accordingly.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical support to users.
• Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for Salesforce and other SaaS applications.
• Collaborate with Salesforce partners to implement custom solutions and integrations.
