Think Together in Santa Ana, CA seeks a Salesforce Administrator to manage the Salesforce platform, implement solutions, and align the system with organizational goals. You will configure settings, secure data, create reports and dashboards, and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.

Responsibilities include designing automated processes, maintaining data structures, integrating with external systems, and driving user adoption through training and documentation.

Formación

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality including Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Pardot, Tableau.
• Proficiency in user management, security settings, and data management.
• Experience with declarative tools such as flows and formula fields.
• Familiarity with Lightning Experience and components.
• Salesforce certifications are a plus.
