Job summary

Alertus is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to maximize the effectiveness of the Salesforce platform across Marketing, Sales, Production, Accounting, and Client Services. You will own user access, security, data integrity, and forecasting accuracy while guiding the organization through best practices.

You will design efficient reporting, dashboards, and automation, train internal users, and collaborate with executives to align Salesforce with Alertus' customer lifecycle and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Salesforce with focus on security, access, and data integrity.
• Expertise building reports, dashboards, and analytics for multiple audiences.
• Ability to translate business needs into Salesforce configuration and automation.
