TRIEU VIET CO is seeking a hands-on Sales & Warehouse Operations Manager for our Tukwila-based building materials facility in the Greater Seattle Area. This player-coach role requires you to close deals while building a disciplined sales process and leading a small team.

Key responsibilities include managing leads, quotations, and CRM, coordinating with warehouse operations, and growing revenue with strong gross margins. Local travel and a valid driver’s license are required.

Competenze

• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in building materials or related sectors.
• Proven ability to both sell and lead a team.
• Strong follow-up discipline and pipeline management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable in warehouse/showroom environment.
• Valid driver’s license; local travel required.

Mansioni

• Lead daily sales activities and handle key accounts and major deals.
• Manage incoming leads, quotations, follow-ups, and closing.
• Run weekly pipeline reviews and maintain CRM accuracy.
• Coach a small sales team to hit revenue and margin targets.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations on inventory, reservations, and deliveries.
• Build relationships with fabricators, contractors, kitchen companies, and trade accounts.
• Improve pricing discipline and optimize gross margin.
• Help establish SOPs, sales processes, and KPI tracking.
