TRIEU VIET CO is seeking an Inside Sales/Admin to support daily sales activities at our Tukwila warehouse. You will handle inbound leads, prepare quotes, and actively follow up to close sales while performing administrative tasks. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in sales or customer service, strong follow-up and communication skills, and are comfortable in a warehouse/showroom setting.

Spanish is a plus. This is a base salary role with commissions in a fast-paced B2B building materials

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales, inside sales, or customer service experience.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Clear and professional communication (phone & email).
• Comfortable working in a warehouse/showroom environment.
• Organized, responsive, and results-driven.
• Basic computer skills (CRM, Excel, email).
• Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Contact leads and prospect data provided by the company.
• Follow up field sales leads from sales managers.
• Respond quickly to inbound inquiries (phone, email, walk-in customers).
• Prepare and send quotations accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up consistently on quotes to close sales.
• Assist customers in selecting slabs at the warehouse/showroom.
• Coordinate with warehouse team on inventory, reservations, and order fulfillment.
• Maintain and update CRM/pipeline tracking.
• Support the Sales Manager in daily sales operations.
