Capital Lumber Company in Tacoma, WA, seeks an experienced sales leader to manage the branch's sales duties and coach the sales team toward revenue goals.

You will establish quotas, analyze performance, develop targeted strategies, train account managers, and coordinate with vendors on promotions.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary in the $90k–$110k range with incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Six years' experience in wholesale lumber industry.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coaches the branch sales team.
• Establishes sales quotas and tracks performance against expectations.
• Develops and implements specialized or targeted sales strategies.
• Provides training, pricing and contracting support to the sales team.
• Travels with Account Managers to build customer relations and expand market.
• Monitors key accounts and analyzes sales procedures and ROA metrics.
• Prepares yearly budget and sales plan for inside sales.
• Manages and approves sales expenses for Account Managers.
