Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to join the Sales transformation practice within EY Studio+. You will drive multi‑part client engagements across lead‑to‑cash processes, shaping sales strategy, operations, processes, and technology to accelerate revenue growth or improve efficiency.

You’ll lead cross‑functional teams, manage budgets, run workshops, and mentor juniors while staying ahead of AI trends in sales. Travel up to 50–80% is expected for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA may be preferred.
• No less than 8-10 years of work experience in consulting or industry positions.
• Experience leading teams and prioritizing workload to meet deadlines.
• Ability to identify and sell consulting services.
• Experience building client relationships and facilitating workshops.
• Experience designing projects across multiple industries.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 50-80% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple workstreams with on-time, on-budget delivery.
