Job summary

TK Elevator is recruiting for a Sales Training Elevator Professional to gain knowledge of products, processes and customer relationships, enabling a smooth transition into a sales role and contributing to branch profitability. The STEP program develops you into an executive leader guiding teams and customers.

Our training class starts in June 2027 and the program runs year-round, with a path to Account Manager after successful completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Previous experience in a sales position preferred.
• Must be open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain ongoing relationships with customers to build an awareness of their needs.
• Exceed sales goals by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction.
• Prepare service contract bids and repair job proposals.
• Develop capital plans, budgets, and schedules for customers to address their short- and long-term building needs.
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of company products and develop knowledge of local elevator code requirements.
• Prospect, develop and maintain relationships with new customers.
