Job summary

TK Elevator in the United States is seeking a Sales Training Elevator Professional to gain product and process knowledge and transition into an Account Manager role by building strong customer relationships and contributing to the branch’s profitability.

The STEP program includes safety training, product training, and regular presentations; after completion you’ll manage a geographic territory, pursue new business, and deliver excellent service to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Previous experience in a sales position preferred.
• Must be open to relocation.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers to understand their needs
• Exceed sales goals by utilizing company tools for service and repair growth and cancellation reduction
• Prepare service contract bids and repair proposals
• Develop capital plans, budgets, and schedules for customers to address their short- and long-term building needs
• Maintain a strong working knowledge of company products and develop knowledge of local elevator code requirements
• Prospect, develop and maintain relationships with new customers
