Job summary

TK Elevator in California is recruiting for a Sales Training Elevator Professional through the STEP program. You will learn products, processes, and customer relationships to transition into a sales role and contribute to branch profitability.

After completion, you become an Account Manager with established customers in a geographic area, delivering excellent service and developing new relationships. Relocation may be required and prior sales interest is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Willingness to relocate.
• Previous sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain knowledge of products, processes, and customer relationships to transition into a sales position.
• Develop and deliver weekly presentations as well as a final presentation.
• Shadow account managers and sales representatives to grasp knowledge of business markets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service and build new relationships.
