Job summary

TK Elevator offers a Sales Training Elevator Professional program designed to transition trainees into a client-facing Account Manager role. You will learn products, processes, and customer relationships to contribute to branch profitability.

The STEP program develops you into leadership positions with exposure to internal and external customers and growing teams. Upon successful completion, you become an Account Manager in a defined geography, delivering excellent customer service and building

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with strong communication skills.
• Prior sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to relocate and adapt to a field-based role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain relationships with customers to understand their needs.
• Exceed sales goals by utilizing company tools for service and growth.
• Prepare service contract bids and repair proposals.
• Develop capital plans, budgets, and schedules for clients’ building needs.
• Maintain knowledge of products and local elevator code requirements.
• Prospect and build relationships with new customers.
