Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Sales Training, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, adult learning, or corporate training.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
• Ability to design, facilitate, or evaluate sales training programs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and observe a complete sales training program.
• Evaluate the training experience from the participant's perspective.
• Assess the structure, sequence, pace, and organization of the training.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the trainer's teaching and facilitation methods.
• Review how sales techniques, processes, products, procedures, and expectations are communicated.
• Assess participant engagement, comprehension, knowledge retention, and opportunities for practical application.
• Identify areas where the training may be unclear, repetitive, incomplete, overly theoretical, or difficult for new employees to retain.
• Evaluate the balance between classroom instruction, demonstrations, role-playing, practice, coaching, and assessments.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen sales skills development and readiness for production.
• Review existing training materials and recommend improvements where appropriate.
• Provide objective observations regarding the overall participant experience.
• Recommend specific changes to improve training effectiveness and consistency.
