Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sales Training Specialist II to support learning experiences that build key competencies and drive behavior changes across the Milwaukee Sales Organization. The role is part of the Sales Training team responsible for enhancing and executing training solutions that directly impact business performance.

You will work on critical programs, partner with SMEs, and lead training sessions such as New Hire Jump Start and train-the-trainer events, aiming to elevate sales

Qualifications

• Two to five years of experience in Training & Development, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
• Proficient interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication, attention to detail and conflict resolution.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Experience using content management systems (CRM, Wrike, Learning Management System).
• Advanced English.

Responsibilities

• Supports critical training programs for the Milwaukee Sales Organization, focusing on product training, onboarding, and early career experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing training solutions.
• Facilitate and/or lead training sessions and train-the-trainer events.
• Represent Sales Training on key project teams.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design and deploy training based on business needs.
• Coordinate with T&D Shared Services to track and evaluate programs.
