Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Sales Training Specialist II to support learning experiences that enhance competencies across the sales function in Mexico City. You will partner with SMEs to design, implement, and evaluate training solutions that drive direct business impact across the Milwaukee Sales Organization.

The role requires 2–5 years of related experience, strong English skills, and proficiency with MS Office and LMS platforms.

Qualifications

• Advanced English with strong written and verbal skills.
• Proficient interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and conflict-resolution capabilities.
• Proven ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with CRM, Wrike or Learning Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Supports critical training programs for the Milwaukee Sales Organization, focusing on product training, onboarding, and early career experiences.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing training solutions.
• Facilitate or lead training sessions and train-the-trainer events.
• Represent Sales Training on project teams and collaborate with SMEs.
• Track and evaluate programs with Learning Management Systems and shared services.
