Job summary

Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Training Specialist to join our Distribution Center team in Olive Branch, MS. You will read orders, train colleagues on work instructions, maintain training logs, and support onboarding with classroom sessions. Emphasis on 5S, safety, and adaptability across shifts.

Required High School or GED, strong organizational skills, proficient in Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint, and clear verbal/written communication. Prior training or leadership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Basic math and computer skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail.
• Knowledge of distribution center functions (pick, pack, receive, ship).
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Training or leadership experience preferred.
• High Jump experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Read and comprehend order information and work instructions.
• Provide hands-on training and instruction on distribution center processes.
• Maintain training logs.
• Practice 5S and safety.
• Assist with training material preparation and onboarding.
• Support additional shifts as needed.
