Job summary

Core-Mark, a leading U.S. broadline distributor, seeks a Training Manager to lead and develop the sales training function. You will train, develop and manage sales associates, implement programs, and track performance to boost engagement and results.

Collaborating with multiple departments and vendors, you will maintain training materials, facilitate sessions, and drive standardization of best practices across markets. This is a hands-on leadership role in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 3 - 5 Years training experience, including 1 year of people management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.
• Experience in dynamic environments with ambiguity.
• Project management.
• Ability to moderate large groups and lead initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop and manage sales associates.
• Implement training programs and track performance.
• Collaborate with departments to prepare trainees.
• Present and train sales associates; conduct or facilitate training sessions.
