Job summary

Performance Food Group in Phoenix seeks a Training Manager to design, deliver and improve sales training programs for our foodservice distribution network. You will train new hires in classroom and field settings, track performance and implement standardized practices across the organization.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams to tailor programs to local market needs, coordinate sessions, and lead train-the-trainer workshops while maintaining up-to-date training documentation.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field and PMP certification.
• Experience in training, including 1 year of people management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of an organization.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop and manage sales associates using company training programs.
• Coordinate training with departments to prepare trainees.
• Present and train sales staff; conduct or facilitate training sessions.
• Maintain local training materials and adapt programs for the market.
