Job summary

CooperVision, Inc. is seeking a Training Coordinator to administer and coordinate onboarding and training activities for the Sales Force Development team.

You will manage logistics, communications, scheduling, learner provisioning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure a seamless learning experience. You will partner with HR, IT, Sales Leadership, Facilities and other stakeholders, support corporate training initiatives, onboarding programs, and national sales meetings, and maintain

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in training coordination or related roles.
• Experience supporting sales training or onboarding programs preferred.
• Experience coordinating training events and meetings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding activities for new sales hires.
• Submit and manage system provisioning requests for new hires.
• Maintain onboarding schedules, rosters, and learner records.
• Coordinate travel, hotel, transportation, and meeting space logistics.
• Ensure hardware, software, training materials, and access for participants.
• Maintain training calendars and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for training inquiries and support learners, managers and facilitators.
• Develop communications supporting onboarding programs and trainings.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Sales Leadership, Facilities and other stakeholders.
• Maintain training documentation, attendance records, and program metrics.
