Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, Sales Training and Development to elevate commercial performance.

Based in New York City with an on-site requirement, this role designs and delivers readiness programs for launches and ongoing market engagement. You will collaborate with Commercial, Medical, Regulatory, and Legal to ensure compliant, impactful training, accelerate new-hire onboarding, and drive field coaching and adoption of digital tools to optimize execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 7+ years pharma industry experience with 2+ years in training or sales coaching.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Experience with vendor and budget management.
• Experience facilitating training in classroom and virtual settings.
• Experience managing LMS platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of training programs for commercial teams.
• Own onboarding experience from new hire to field readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with brand strategy.
• Manage LMS and learning tools for scalable content.
• Coach and develop field teams through coaching and field engagements.
• Analyze field insights to refine training strategy.
• Partner with external vendors to deliver high-impact training at scale.
