Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
• 5–8 years of commercial training experience in pharma/biotech/healthcare.
• Experience aligning learning investments to business priorities and measurable outcomes.
• Strong cross-functional relationship building with Marketing and other teams.
• Proven ability to translate complex strategies into practical learning solutions.
• Experience developing training content with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; delivering virtual training.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver product training programs for onboarding, launch readiness, and ongoing development.
• Partner with Marketing to align content with brand objectives and campaigns.
• Develop cross-functional relationships to identify capability gaps and training needs.
• Create learning experiences across ILT, virtual, self-directed, and digital formats.
• Ensure training content is compliant and aligned with regulatory reviews when required.
• Track training completion and engagement, including pharmacovigilance training, for audit readiness.
• Collaborate with external vendors for materials, programs, and capability-building solutions.
