Job summary

Aquestive Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Manager/Director of Sales Training to lead the strategy, development, and execution of training for the ANAPHYLM launch in the U.S. You will build a comprehensive curriculum, partner with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Legal, and external partners, and ensure compliant, measurable learning experiences.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong facilitation, and cross-functional leadership, with on-site work in Warren, NJ and up to 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 7 years in pharma/biotech or related life sciences commercial roles.
• Minimum 4 years in sales training, commercial learning, or related leadership positions.
• Experience designing, developing, and delivering pharmaceutical sales training programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of a training curriculum for ANAPHYLM launch.
• Develop and maintain product/brand sales training resources and workshops.
• Facilitate virtual and live training for sales leaders and reps.
• Conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions prior to national meetings and launch events.
• Manage initial sales training including content, agendas, and stakeholder coordination.
• Establish partnerships with external thought leaders and vendors.
• Define and iterate a training strategy and tactical plan for initiatives.
• Track training effectiveness, readiness, and certification metrics.
• Travel approximately 50% and work on-site in Warren, NJ at least 3 days/week.
