Job summary

Aquestive Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager/Director, Sales Training to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of sales training for the US launch of ANAPHYLM. You will build a comprehensive curriculum for sales leaders and specialty reps to drive launch success.

The role requires strong facilitation, cross-functional leadership, and performance consulting to ensure compliant, measurable learning experiences and ongoing development across the commercial organization.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial roles.
• Experience designing and delivering pharma sales training programs.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed org.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex scientific concepts into engaging trainings.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of a US launch training curriculum.
• Develop and maintain sales training resources, workshops, and presentations.
• Design training content independently and with vendors.
• Facilitate virtual and live training for sales leaders and reps.
• Lead Train the Trainer sessions and manage training events and logistics.
• Establish metrics to evaluate training effectiveness and readiness.
