Job summary

Axsome Therapeutics, Inc. is looking for a National Training Manager to lead training programs for Specialty Account Managers. This hybrid role requires up to 50% travel to support training events and field rides. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, and proven success in training facilitation. A competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 is offered along with a bonus and equity options.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical sales.
• Experience in presenting to live and virtual audiences.
• Prior experience in training roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training programs for Specialty Account Managers.
• Support new hires in their onboarding process.
• Evaluate training needs in collaboration with sales leaders.
