Amrize is seeking a Training Manager to drive strategy, design, and execution of sales learning programs across the GACO sales organization. The role focuses on elevating field capability, driving technology adoption, and building onboarding and coaching programs that impact revenue growth.

The successful candidate will oversee AI-driven tool adoption, design blended learning solutions, and conduct field ride-alongs for real-time coaching, while measuring training ROI and aligning with safety

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales training, sales enablement, or instructional design, preferably within industrial, building materials, or commercial sales environments.
• Willingness to travel up to 25-30% for field ride-alongs and live facilitation.
• Proven ability to build blended learning solutions (e-learning, virtual, and in-person bootcamps).
• Tech proficiency with modern CRM platforms, LMS tools, and AI-driven sales technologies/analytics.
• Background in B2B sales or direct field coaching; delivering real-time feedback.
• Analytical mindset: connect training metrics to sales performance and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, design, and execution of learning programs across the sales organization to elevate field capability.
• Lead training for AI-driven tools rollout to improve prospecting, pipeline management, and customer engagement.
• Overhaul and manage onboarding programs with 30-60-90 day ramp-up plans and boot camps.
• Provide strategic ride-alongs with field teams for coaching and feedback.
• Establish KPIs for training effectiveness and report ROI to leadership.
