Job summary

Procare Solutions in Denver seeks a Go-to-Market Training and Enablement Manager to build and improve onboarding and ongoing training for customer-facing teams. You will translate complexity into actionable learning and drive adoption and revenue growth through effective enablement.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales training, SaaS experience, and strong communication and analytical skills. This position offers hybrid work with a Denver office presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field.
• 3–5 years of sales training and/or leadership experience.
• Proven experience as a Sales Trainer, preferably in SaaS.
• Strong understanding of GO-TO-MARKET processes and frameworks.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess training effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs for customer-facing go-to-market teams.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing sales team members; facilitate in-person and virtual sessions; provide coaching.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs; assess sales performance and provide actionable feedback.
• Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and customer success to align messaging and identify training needs.
• Develop and maintain GO-TO-MARKET enablement resources and tools.
