Job summary

Avalara is seeking a data-driven Senior Manager, Live GTM Training to lead their global facilitation team. This role involves delivering essential training for revenue-generating teams and setting strategic training standards.

You will collaborate with leaders across Learning Strategy and Enablement Operations to enhance seller productivity through rigorous certification and innovative training methodologies, including AI technologies.

The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in revenue enablement and a solid background in outbound sales training.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of overall experience in revenue enablement, B2B sales, or learning & development.
• Experience leading and scaling teams within global, high-growth SaaS organizations.
• Demonstrated experience training outbound sales teams and managers.
• Expertise in implementing and coaching to established sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Value Selling).
• Experience connecting learning outcomes to growth metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global team of live trainers, ensuring they act as strategic partners.
• Help deliver targeted outbound sales enablement training.
• Deliver specialized live training for sales leaders and frontline managers.
• Direct a team of live trainers, implementing certification programs.
• Develop a scalable program empowering internal subject matter experts.
• Establish standards for engaging, interactive live training.
• Collaborate with enablement peers for high-impact execution of training.
• Champion the integration of AI into live training.
