Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of professional (post-high school) work experience.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience mentoring or coaching and helping others succeed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for other sales representatives and leaders.
• Deliver in-person and online training sessions with practical coaching.
• Provide personalized coaching to help reps set and reach goals.
• Identify high-potential individuals for leadership tracks with development plans.
• Foster a positive learning environment and stay current with industry trends.
• Learn products/services, sales processes, and CRM usage; recruit and mentor new members.
• Field-based B2B sales while building your own book of business.
• Analyze sales data to spot trends and drive improvements.
