Job summary

Crown Equipment Corporation is seeking a motivated Sales Rep to maximize the sale of lift trucks and related products within a defined territory. You will develop existing accounts, pursue new business, and build strong relationships with decision-makers.

The role requires up to two years of related experience, a valid license, and readiness to operate demos. Training is provided at local sites and at the corporate headquarters in New Bremen, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Less than 2 years related experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demos.

Responsibilities

• Maximize the sale of lift trucks, Crown Insite products, and warehouse products within a territory to meet sales objectives.
• Develop existing accounts and seek new business.
• Analyze opportunities, identify key personnel, and develop strong business relationships.
• Consult and problem solve to enhance Crown's position in existing and target accounts.
• Develop a territory management plan to maximize time with customers.
• Develop sales strategies, proposals, and forecasts.
• Develop and conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls and activity.
• Participate in training programs at local location and corporate HQ.
