Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee in Los Angeles to support sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships for on-premise and off-premise accounts. The role emphasizes training with the potential to advance to Account Sales Manager upon successful completion of the program.

The position includes in-route and off-route support, daily KPI focus on sales and merchandising, and the ability to work with ASMs/DSMs to execute planograms and promotions.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness, injury or any special projects as needed.
• Work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all stores.
• Provide in-route and off-route support, covering ASM routes as needed and meeting daily KPI focuses.
