Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee to prepare for an Account Sales Manager role. The ST supports sales initiatives and provides route coverage, ensuring customer relationships across management, merchandising and operations for all large and small format off premise stores.

The program leads to promotion through certification; the trainee will learn the Red Bull brand, in-store execution, and daily preparation.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness, injury or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all stores.
• Service customers in a safe, productive and professional manner following Red Bull standards.
• Assist with daily preparation and coordinate with ASMs/DSMs on priorities and train with ASMs.
• Support in-store audits, displays and merchandising to drive sales.
