Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking aSales Trainee to support sales initiatives and maintain relationships with customers across large and small format off-premise stores.

The role is a training position designed to prepare the candidate for an Account Sales Manager role and may lead to promotion within 12 months, with potential extensions based on performance. The ST will work to strengthen the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation, in-store execution, and daily route

Qualifications

• Valid US driver's license and DOT medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily plan with tools, displays, and pricing materials to execute the day.
• Communicate priorities with ASMs/DSMs on a daily basis.
• Train with ASMs and support ASM routes as needed.
• Support in-store execution, audits, blitz events, and merchandising to drive sales.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
