Red Bull is seeking a Sales Trainee in Los Angeles to support sales initiatives and maintain relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for various store formats. The program trains you to become an Account Sales Manager, with route coverage during absences and opportunities to interview for open roles upon completion.

Success leads to promotion opportunities; the trainee role is at-will and may extend for extended training periods based on performance and business needs.

Competenze

• Must have a Valid US Driver’s License and obtain DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Mansioni

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during vacations, sickness, injury or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format off-premise stores.
• Obtain tools (insights, displays, Point of Sale, Pricing) to execute the daily plan.
• Communicate daily priorities with ASMs/DSMs and train with ASMs.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI targets (sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts, merchandising).
• Support audits, blitzes, building displays, merchandising to drive the sales business.
