Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager.

The trainee will foster relationships across both on- and off-premise stores while upholding Red Bull executional standards. This training role leads to interviews for ASM roles upon successful completion; a 12‑month program (extendable to 18 months) may apply if no qualified role is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacation, sickness, or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for large and small format stores.
• Obtain tools and insights to execute the daily plan and communicate priorities to ASMs/DSMs.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI targets for sales, distributions, pricing, displays, and new accounts.
• Assist with audits, blitzes, building displays and in-store merchandising to drive sales.
• Ensure compliance with Red Bull executional standards and safety.
