Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is offering a Sales Trainee position designed to prepare the candidate for an Account Sales Manager role. The trainee will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage, and work with management to maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations.

Upon successful completion of the training program, the trainee may interview for ASM roles. The program includes hands-on training, in-route support, and exposure to daily in-store execution

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, illness, or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all stores.
• Participate in the training program and interview for open Account Sales Manager roles after completion.
• Assist with daily preparation and execution of in-store plans and displays.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI targets for sales, distribution, and merchandising.
• Assist audits and display building to drive the sales business.
