Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company is seeking a Sales Trainee for a structured training program designed to prepare the candidate for an Account Sales Manager role. The trainee will support sales initiatives, service customers, and provide route coverage as needed to ensure brand standards and safe, productive operations.

Upon successful completion of the program, the trainee will interview for ASM roles when available.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations.
• Provide route coverage for the ASM during vacation, sickness or special projects.
• In-route and off-route support to achieve daily KPI targets for sales, distributions, pricing, displays and merchandising.
• Train with ASMs and prepare for potential promotion to Account Sales Manager roles.
• Follow Red Bull standards for brand flow and in-store execution.
