Red Bull Distribution Company is offering a Sales Trainee position designed to train you for an Account Sales Manager role. You will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations and other absences while maintaining relationships across sales, merchandising and operations.

The role emphasizes safe, professional service at Red Bull execution standards, with on-the-job training to build business acumen and learn daily prep tools for in-store success.

Competenze

• Valid Driver's License with a clean motor vehicle record and meet DOT driving standards.
• Obtainment of DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.

• This Sales Trainee is a training role intended to prepare the candidate for an Account Sales Manager position.
• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the ASM during vacations, sickness, injury or special projects.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small format off-premise stores.
• Service all customers in a safe, productive and professional manner in compliance with Red Bull execution standards.
• Learn business acumen and daily preparation tools to execute the daily plan and communicate priorities to ASMs/DSMs.
• Provide in-route support to cover ASM routes and meet daily KPI targets for sales, distribution, pricing and merchandising.
• Assist with audits, display building, and merchandising to drive sales; perform other duties as assigned.
