Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in the United States is seeking a Sales Trainee to support account sales and learn the Account Sales Manager role. The trainee will cover routes, maintain customer relationships, and assist with in-store merchandising to uphold Red Bull standards.

Upon successful completion of the training, the candidate may interview for ASM roles; the role is at-will and may extend up to 12 months if performance and openings permit.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and assist in in-store execution.
• Meet daily KPI focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, and merchandising.
• Assist with audits, blitzes and building displays to drive the sales business.
