Red Bull Distribution Company in the United States offers a Sales Trainee position designed to prepare the Account Sales Manager role. You will support sales initiatives and help maintain customer relationships across stores and channels, while learning Red Bull execution standards.

Upon successful completion of the program, you may interview for ASM roles. The role is at-will and includes in-field route coverage, daily preparation, and teamwork with management to drive performance.

Competenze

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card required.
• 21 years of age or older.
• Customer service and sales experience a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds.

Mansioni

• Prepare daily plan with insights, displays, POS and pricing tools.
• Communicate priorities with ASMs/DSMs daily.
• Train with ASMs.
• Cover ASM routes and meet KPI targets: sales, distribution, pricing and merchandising.
• Support audits, blitzes and merchandising to drive sales.
• Other duties as assigned.
