Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company in the United States is seeking a Sales Trainee to support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager (ASM) during absences. This training position aims to develop the skills needed to progress toward an ASM role and to maintain strong relationships with customers while upholding Red Bull executional standards.

Qualifications

• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and displays.
• English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during absences.
• Maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI targets for sales and merchandising.
• Train with ASMs and DSMS and support in-store execution.
