Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Trainee to prepare for an Account Sales Manager role.

The position focuses on supporting sales initiatives, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring in-store execution at large and small format outlets. During the training period, you will learn Red Bull standards, rotate through route coverage, and qualify for ASM interviews upon program completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sales initiatives and provide route coverage for ASM during absences.
• Service customers in off premise stores in a professional and safe manner.
• Obtain tools to execute the daily plan and communicate priorities with ASMs/DSMs.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and meet daily KPI on sales, distributions, pricing, display, and merchandising.
• Support audits, blitz campaigns, and merchandising to drive sales.
• Valid US Driver’s License and obtainment of DOT Medical Card.
• Must be at least 21 years of age; experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
