Red Bull Distribution Company is offering a Sales Trainee position designed to prepare you for an Account Sales Manager role. The trainee will support sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising and operations for on-premise and off-premise stores.

During the program, you will gain hands-on experience, participate in training, and may interview for ASM or other qualified roles upon completion.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Valid US Driver’s License and DOT Medical card required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Support sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations.
• Cover ASM routes as needed and support in-route execution.
• Meet daily KPI on sales, distributions, pricing, display and merchandising.
• Assist with audits, blitzes, and building displays to drive sales.
