Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits is seeking a Sales Trainee in Springfield, MO. You will learn SGWS products, sales processes, and customer engagement while supporting senior staff and the Area Sales Manager.

You will build relationships, plan visits, analyze data for growth, and maintain CRM records. A valid driver’s license, 21+ age, and a high school diploma are required as you travel to accounts and contribute to the team’s success.

• Able to analyze and understand data and information.
• Proficient in using mobile devices and professional online communications.
• Able to travel as needed; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Train on SGWS products, industry, and consultative sales.
• Support senior sales staff and Area Sales Manager.
• Build customer relationships and preplan visits with agendas.
• Identify customer business growth needs and plan growth for accounts.
• Analyze data to increase sales and grow customer business.
• Maintain account visit plans and capture visit notes in CRM.
• Present and position SGWS products to customers and win the sale.
