Job summary

Capital Electric offers a 12-month rotational program for emerging professionals, starting in June 2027, designed to educate, train, and develop skills across Warehouse/Logistics, Inside Sales, Projects & Quotations, Marketing/Digital Solutions/E-Commerce, and Outside Sales. Participants gain hands-on exposure to site and corporate operations and will meet with leadership to discuss strategic initiatives.

Qualified candidates hold a BA/BS with a 3.0+ GPA, demonstrate enthusiasm and strong

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, Marketing or related field is required; GPA 3.0 or higher.
• Enthusiastic, self-starter attitude with strong communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; adaptable team player.

Responsibilities

• Complete 12-month rotational program across core business areas.
• Gain hands-on experience in site and corporate operations.
• Engage in sales strategies, procurement, project management, E-Commerce.
• Present key initiatives to Executive Leadership at program end.
