Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds seeks motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program mixing field-based and classroom training at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

After completing training, you relocate to an assigned territory to become a Sales Professional, selling Reynolds automotive software, marketing services, forms and promotional products. Travel 80-100% during training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license with minimal violations and be willing to travel (80-100%) during training.

Responsibilities

• Sell to new and existing customers in assigned territory.
• Relocate after training to become a Sales Professional.
• Travel with mentors during training (80–100% of the time).
• Meet monthly and annual quotas for Reynolds products and services.
