Job summary

Reynolds and Reynolds is seeking motivated Entry Level Outside Sales Trainees to join our growing team. You will enroll in a 12-month sales training program with both field-based and classroom training, including time at Reynolds University in Dayton, OH.

During training you will travel 80-100% and receive relocation assistance after completion. After successful training, you will relocate to an assigned territory and work to meet monthly and annual quotas selling Reynolds automotive software,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to build strong customer relationships.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's license with minimal violations.
• Willing to travel 80-100% during training and relocate after completion.

Responsibilities

• Complete the 12-month sales training program (field and classroom).
• Relocate to an assigned territory after training and pursue quotas.
• Sell Reynolds products and services to new and existing customers in the automotive sector.
• Travel with overnight stays during training (80-100%).
• Promote from trainee to Sales Professional within the company.
